- Condition: The product must be unworn, unwashed, and entirely unused, remaining in the exact condition in which it was received.
- Tags & Packaging: All original Anlamp tags, labels, and packaging must be fully intact and attached to the item.
- Shipping: The item must be returned in its original packaging or equivalent protective wrapping.
- Proof: A valid proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email or receipt from anlamp.com) is strictly required.
Items that fail to meet any of these specified criteria will be immediately rejected and returned to the sender.
Return & Exchange Window
All formal requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 calendar days from the verified delivery date of your order. Requests submitted after this strict 30-day timeframe will not be accepted.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange process, please send an email to our dedicated support team at support@anlamp.com with the following mandatory information:
- Your Order Number and Full Name.
- The clear reason for the return (e.g., size issue, item not as described).
- For defective or damaged items: Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue.
Upon reviewing your submission (typically within 48 hours of business operation), we will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide detailed shipping instructions to our official return address: 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States. Do not send any items back without receiving prior official approval (RMA).
Return Shipping Responsibility
The party responsible for return shipping fees depends on the reason for the return:
- Customer Error/Preference Returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, incorrect size ordered): The customer is fully responsible for all return shipping fees and ensuring the proper packaging of the item.
- Anlamp Error Returns (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped): Anlamp will cover all return shipping costs by providing a prepaid return shipping label.
We highly recommend using a traceable shipping method with insurance, as Anlamp is not liable for packages lost or damaged during transit back to our facility. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Policy on Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges primarily in cases where the item:
- Arrived damaged or defective due to transit or manufacturing.
- Was the incorrect item or size due to an error on our part.
Please follow the same Request procedure outlined above. Once the exchange is approved, we will expedite the shipment of the replacement item, subject to inventory availability.
Important Refund Details
- Final Sale Items: Customized, personalized, clearance, and certain intimate apparel items are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless they are received defective.
- Unauthorized Returns: Any item returned without prior approval (RMA) may be refused or incur a restocking fee.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days after the returned item has been fully inspected by our quality control team for the credit to reflect on your bank or card statement.
