Where We Ship

Currently, Anlamp ships exclusively within the 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii.

  • Exclusions: We regret that we do not ship internationally at this time. To ensure timely and secure delivery, we also do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories.

Order Processing Time

Once your order is successfully placed and payment is confirmed, we begin carefully preparing your items from our facility at 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States:

  • Standard Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM local time (Monday–Friday) typically begin processing the same business day.
  • Off-Hours: Orders placed after hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will commence processing on the next business day.
  • Peak Season: During high-demand seasons, please allow an additional 1–2 business days for processing.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once your package leaves our facility, the estimated delivery time is typically within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Remote or rural destination addresses.
  • Severe weather delays impacting carrier operations.
  • General carrier delays or high-volume holiday surges.

If your order has not arrived by the 7th business day after shipment, please contact us promptly for assistance.

Order Tracking

Once your package ships, you will automatically receive a tracking email containing your tracking number and a link for real-time updates. This allows you to:

  • See when your order leaves our facility.
  • Track its journey to your location.
  • Receive notification upon final delivery.

If your tracking status has not updated within 72 hours, please contact us for immediate assistance.

Issues with Shipping

  • Tracking has not updated for more than 5 days.
  • Your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it.
  • Items arrived damaged or incomplete.
  • The package has not arrived after 7 business days post-shipment.

We are committed to responding within 1 business day and working with the carriers to ensure a fair resolution, which may include investigations, replacements, or refunds.
