Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Anlamp, accessible via https://anlamp.com, we understand that circumstances can change and you may need to modify or cancel your order. This policy explains the procedures and conditions under which customers may request adjustments to their apparel orders. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. The Processing Window

To ensure our customers receive their Oversized Puffer Jackets as quickly as possible, orders placed on anlamp.com enter our fulfillment system almost immediately after payment confirmation.

Because of our 1-day handling time, the window for making changes is very limited. Once an order has moved into the “Processing” stage or has been handed over to our shipping carriers (USPS, UPS, or FedEx), we are no longer able to intercept, modify, or cancel it. Orders that have already been shipped must be handled according to our standard Return & Refund Policy after delivery.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, you must contact our customer support team immediately.

If your request is received before the order has been processed, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order is in the system, so speed is critical.

3. Modifying Your Order (Size, Color, or Address)

If you need to make changes to your order—such as updating a shipping address, changing an item size, or modifying a color selection—these requests must be submitted before fulfillment begins.

Since our jackets feature an oversized fit, we strongly encourage all customers to double-check our Size Chart before finalizing the purchase. If a change is no longer possible because the order has been dispatched, you may return the item for a refund once it arrives, in accordance with our return procedures.

4. Orders Already Dispatched

For orders that have already been dispatched:

  • Cancellation is no longer an option.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has left our facility.
  • Anlamp is not responsible for delivery issues or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Orders returned to us due to address errors or refusal by the recipient may be subject to a refund minus any logistical costs incurred.

5. Refunds for Canceled Orders

When an order is successfully canceled by our team, a full refund is issued back to your original payment method. There are no cancellation fees. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution’s policies.

6. Policy Updates

Anlamp reserves the right to update this policy at any time to reflect changes in our logistics or business practices. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
