We understand that sometimes a garment may not meet your expectations, and we are committed to providing a transparent and fair return process for our outerwear collections. By making a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms described below.

Section 1: Return Eligibility and Window

We offer a generous return period to ensure you are happy with your purchase. Customers have 120 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible, your puffer jacket or apparel item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unused, unworn, and unwashed).
  • In its original condition with all original tags and labels still attached.
  • Free from any scents (perfume or smoke), pet hair, or cosmetic stains.
  • Returned in its original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Section 2: Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned:

  • Products returned after the 120-day window.
  • Items that have been modified, tailored, or altered after delivery.
  • Any items showing visible signs of wear, damage, or stains not caused by shipping.
  • Items missing their original brand tags or inner care labels.

Section 3: How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, you must contact our support team before sending any items back:

  1. Send an email to support@anlamp.com with the subject line “Return Request”.
  2. Provide your Order Number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason.
  3. Our team will provide the necessary instructions and the authorized return warehouse address. Note: Do not send items back to the business address without prior authorization.

Section 4: Return Shipping and Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was incorrect.
  • Recommendation: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.

Section 5: Inspection and Approval Process

Once your return is received, our quality control team will inspect the fabric, zippers, and insulation to confirm it meets the eligibility requirements. We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the return is rejected, the item may be sent back to you at your expense.

Section 6: Refund Policy and Fees

  • No Fees: Anlamp does not charge any restocking fees, processing fees, or refund fees.
  • Full Refund: You will receive a full refund for the price of the product.
  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Section 7: Exchanges and Sizing

To ensure the fastest service, we do not offer direct exchanges. Since our Puffer Jackets feature an Oversized fit, please consult our Size Guide before purchasing. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order on anlamp.com.

Section 8: Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@anlamp.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will provide a pre-paid return label or a direct replacement at no additional cost.
